Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team in the computer software industry. As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to drive our company’s success. This position requires a strong background in human resources, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Handle employee relations issues, provide guidance to managers, and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage employee separations and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role in any industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and maintain the highest level of integrity
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
  • You should be a university student pursuing a degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes

Salary on negotiation. Paid monthly
